This agreement confirmation details the terms and conditions that the affiliate
agrees to for the rights to promote worldstraveller.com products being the
website of Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC on the Internet in the exchange for
the parties agreed commission.
For the purposes of this agreement:

Worldstraveller.com and Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC will be referred to as
'Worldstraveller.com' , 'Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC , 'we' , 'our'

Travels & Tours LLC , 'we' , 'our'

Affiliate will be referred to as 'affiliate' , 'you' , 'yours'
 On completion of an affiliate application form,
Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC will process your application. Acceptance of
your company to the Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC affiliate scheme is at our
sole discretion and confirmation whether positive or negative will be confirmed
by e-mail. If you are not accepted to the affiliate programme you are welcome
to reapply at any time. We are not required to give any explanation of their
non-acceptance of any affiliate should they so wish.
Only on acceptance of your application will you
will be provided with and be permitted to establish a link to
worldstraveller.com and necessary paperwork forwarded to you to ensure you are
set up on our system.
Any worldstraveller.com links will make it
clearly identifiable as an affiliate link from our website and must be branded
in accordance with worldstraveller.com guidelines. The affiliate may include as
many links throughout their site as they wish once an application has been
accepted. However any related websites that are not the accepted affiliate
partner website address must be re-applied for.
You will be paid the agreed percentage
commission of total sales for each booking that is made via the affiliate link,
confirmed in full and paid for by the customer. Should a booking cancel you
will not receive any commission for the sale. On reaching an achieved target of
US$100 or equivalent in other currencies commission per month, Al Abrar Travels
& Tours LLC will pay the commission at the end of that month. Should the
target not be achieved within the month then the commission will be held and
carried over to successive months until US$100 or equivalent in other
currencies is reached and payment is made.
The affiliate must not in any circumstances
compete with worldstraveller.com or competitively market the affiliate link and
worldstraveller.com product in competition either via website links or via non
web marketing as deemed competitive by worldstraveller.com. In the event of
this form of activity Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC may terminate the
affiliate link immediately and may seek to take further legal action.
There must be no misrepresentation of the
relationship between Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC and the affiliate; the
affiliate must in no way suggest that the relationship is any more than a link
to worldstraveller.com unless otherwise agreed by us formally in writing. Under
no circumstances must the affiliate pass itself off or in any way pretend to
trade as worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC.
Customers booking via the affiliate partner's
link will be customers of worldstraveller.com and Al Abrar Travels & Tours
LLC without affecting any status that they have with the affiliate.
All bookings made via the affiliate link are
subject to the current worldstraveller.com website terms and conditions and Al
Abrar Travels & Tours LLC reserve the right to alter its terms and
conditions at any time.
The term of this affiliate agreement shall be
for a period of 1 year from the date this agreement is accepted and signed by
both parties. The initial term will be renewed for successive years unless
either party terminates it in writing. Either party may terminate with or
without cause the agreement by giving 30 days notice in writing. In the event
of termination of this agreement the affiliate must cease using all links,
logos and worldstraveller.com intellectual property immediately. Commissions
will be paid for bookings made only prior to the end of the termination period
and commission repatriated for confirmed bookings only.
The affiliate will be solely responsible for
its own website content and any worldstraveller.com links within it.
Worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC will not be responsible
for any maintenance of content on the affiliate's website. Worldstraveller.com
will be responsible for the maintenance of any link pages on its website and
ensuring the booking system operates to the best of its ability.
Worldstraveller.com grants the affiliate a
royalty free, revocable right to use the links and any logos and text supplied
to promote the link. Unless agreed otherwise in writing the affiliate is not
granted the rights to alter the links, logos or information provided on any
worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC intellectual property
rights or to use any of the information presented for any other reason than the
agreed link. This licence may be revoked at any time with written notice.
Worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels &
Tours LLC will not be held liable either financially or legally for any
problems or financial losses occurred with technical issues involving
interruptions related to the link, Worldstraveller.com website, booking system
or any such related issues. We make no guarantee that the link will be error
free and accept no liability or consequences in relation to this.
Worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC liability will only be
for direct costs and damages and will not under any circumstances exceed the
total of the commission paid for the calendar year arising towards the event. W
are not responsible or liable for loss of data or usage or for any damage that
is of secondary consequence for its actions.
This agreement does not create any joint
venture, partnership or agency between the affiliate and us.
Worldstraveller.com or Al Abrar Travels & Tours LLC reserve the right to
enter into similar agreements with any other parties of its choice including
websites that may compete with the affiliate's website offering.
If there is breach of any term, provision,
warranty or section of this agreement or there is willful misconduct or
negligence on behalf of the affiliate organisations employees, directors, airs
and successors then the affiliate is solely responsible and will indemnify Al
Abrar Travels & Tours LLC and all associated directors and employees
against the following: claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities,
settlements, damage, fines, expenses and costs and reasonable legal fees.
The details of this agreement will be governed
by and complied with in accordance with English Law and both parties agree to
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any claim
or matter relating to this agreement regardless of conflict of law and any
other mandatory legal provisions.
